Guest: Fr. Leo Patalinghug, Founder, Host and Author of Grace Before Meals

Today Fr. Leo talked about the importance of the regular family meal. Through God's promptings, Fr. Leo has begun hosting a television show - soon to appear on PBS and PBS Plus (pending corporate sponsorship) - and currently seen online as "webisodes". This show, Grace Before Meals, basically consists of Fr. Leo cooking a meal for a family at their home, encouraging conversation within the family and bringing them together at the dinner table. He is also the author of Grace Before Meals: Recipes for Family Life. Along with delicious recipes, this non-typical cookbook features reflections and ideas on how to make your family time at the dinner table fruitful. Fr. Leo is currently the Director of Pastoral Field Education at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
